Image Won't Save

I am using Foxit Reader 2.2 & I am specifically using it to edit a work form I get so I can edit & return without having to print off.

I can enter the data I need to using the Typewriter tool & I can enter my signature, which is a jpg file using the image button.

If I save the document all is well. However I only need to email back one part of the document, in my case page 6 & as I can't save only this page it seems my only option is to print current page to Adobe PDF (I have Adobe CS3 on my system but find Acrobat awful for editing PDFs)

So I do the print, it prints to a file but the darn signature does not get saved, despite having shown up in the Print Preview.

So does anyone have any idea why or any idea how to save just the one page 6 that I need?

If I recall correctly, this issue should have been fixed in a newer version. Please try the newest version 2.3.3309. If problem exists still, please help providing me a copy of your file. Thanks.
