Sub-bookmarks

If a page of PDF contains three drawings, these three drawings were set in three different sub-bookmarks -A, B, C of the main bookmark 1. If I change the content of the page of Bookmark 1, the other contents of three sub-bookmarks will change correspondingly. I wonder how to set this.

Page1 (contain three drawings A,B,C)---The content is changed
(sub-bookmarks)
A--will change automatically
B--will change automatically
C--will change automatically
