Command Line to FoxIT Creator

How can i call the foxit creator to print the postscript into pdf automatically?
I knew that foxit creator is a virtual printer. I tried to run the command
print d://127.0.0.1/FOXITPRINTER c:\abc.ps
however, i cannot find the generated pdf.

Any suggestion for converting the ps to pdf automatically?
