Today I was unable to select 4 buttons to open up pages behind first page.
Interactive button on first page did not action.
I completed the form using Adobe Reader 9 and all interactive actions worked smoothly.
I would appreciate any assistance.

Properly it's a known issue. Can you please provide us a sample of your file? Or your can search over the forum with keywords such as forms checkbox...to see if you have the similar problem with others, and let me know.
