<0000> when i type certain characters

HI I have Editor V2.0 Build 1011, when i type in certain characters (b, j etc) in the Proporties boc to edit text it shows <0000> and a blank space in the document, is there any way to fix this? I assume it is a settings issue

What type of font you are using? Are these characters included in the font? You can use Graphics Keyboard to view if those characters is contained in the font.

thanks for your reply, i am using Garmond font, the charaters are available.

I have tried to add the font but am not sure if i have done this correctly
