Please do not register the PDF extension with the name "Foxit Reader Document" it is very confusing to end users. As an administrator I get lots of questions, like "What happend to all my Adobe Acrobat Documents" or why did it change all my "Adobe Acrobat documents to something else?". This is highly annoying, unneccessary, and not friendly application behavior. Foxit Software did not create the PDF file format. If I install Open Office, it does not rename the .doc extension to "Open Office Document", it leaves it alone.
If the PDF extension is not already registered and you don't want to register it as "Adobe Acrobat Document" then give it a nice neutral name like "PDF Document" or at least give the user a menu option to change the file type description.
P.S. The descriptor for the FoxitReader EXE is also overly long and highly annoying -- "Foxit Reader - the best reader for every day use." Silly and unnecessary.
