The Snapshot feature is quite valuable to me. However, it only works on a few of my owner's manual PDF files. Why does it work on some and not others?

In fact, on files where SnapShot works, all tools are available. But no tools are available when SnapShot is greyed out. Is there a setting on pdf files which can be changed?

I need to print diagram pages onto larger paper (13"x19") because of my eyesight and can't do so when pages are not in jpegs.

Can you please provide a sample of a pdf SnapShot doesn'tt work for?

I believe it's because the security on the PDF does not allow it to be copied.

Yeah, I think so too. But need a copy to confirm it.

How does one change the security?

Can't image why a company would provide an owners manual which couldn't be printed.
