text tool orientates the text wrong

When I use the text callout tool, it puts the text vertically. the document is being viewed horizontally on the screen. I cannot figure out how to change the orientation of the text.

Are you using Foxit Reader V3.0 ?

Yes, version 3.0. Here's one thing I know; On some pdf's it orients the text just fine. But on others it is wrong. The difference, I think being some pdf's look as if there are landscape, and others look portrait. The portrait ones seem fine. I have a support ticket in #10058 that has some files attached for your review. Thanks for your attention to this matter.

I believe those comments in the file you attached to us is made by Foxit Reader V2.3. Please known that is a known issue for v2.3 and fixed in v3.0.
