OS: XP Pro
I've upgraded to Foxit 3.0 Build 1222. IE still opens the page within the browser, but Firefox 3.0.5 asks me where to save the file. I've seen problem in the forum with folks running Vista, but haven't seen a fix/workaround for XP. Is this a known problem - or something stupid I've done?
Thanks...

Open Foxit Reader, go to Help/Check for Updates, to check if you can see Firefox Plugin. If there is one, install it again. If not, please open Firefox program folder, zip the Plugins folder and then provide it to us.

Goto Tools
Select Options
Select Applications
Under content Type look for .. Adobe Acrobat ###### where ### is the subtype
Beside each of these entries is an action.
Click on the action.
From the drop down menu select Foxit or "other program" and then select Foxit.
That should get you out of automatically downloading all those PDF files you want to brows online

Like Thrudd says... except you might find it under "PDF Document".

Thanks all. tboyer has solved his problem. This problem happened since he selected 'Save File' in the Action drop down menu.
