Printing odd/even pages only

When I try printing odd/even pages only in one page per sheet everything is fine. However, the thing is that I want to print two pages in a sheet in the following matter: page1+page2, page5+page6, page9+page10,... Then print page3+page4, page7+page8, page11+page12,... (this is manual duplex printing with two pages per each sheet's side).
Currently, when I select 2 pages per sheet and even pages only,the result is the following: page2+page4, page6+page8, ... This behavior doesn't make sense. Odd/even pages should be selected with respect to the printed multiple-pages-per-sheet document.
Hope this will be fixed (or added as a feature)

2. Your settings on Foxit Reader print dialog box and on your Printer
3. A copy of your pdf your used to print.
