Hi,

is it possible to change the shortcuts or create new ones? May be I want to buy the foxit reader, but I am not sure if this feature ist established...

Do you mean function shortcuts? This feature has been in the to-do-list. I will update this feature to our developer team. Hopefully it can be implemented soon.
