View Full Version : Can't add updates to install

When I launch Foxit Reader it automatically searches for updates and then shows me a list of available updates. However when I choose one or more of these updates the Add button continues to be greyed out, which keeps me from moving the selected update from the Available column into the Selected column, thereby preventing me from installing any updates. Why is this happening? Is there a configuration setting which enables the installation of updates (I can't seem to find one), or is this the default behavior for users of the free/evaluation version?
Thanks in advance for your reply.

Hello James, I am sorry. Maybe it is caused by the net and server. Please try it later or download the add-ons from our website directly:
