We have the devices, and we are just making the final touches on the software.

Since the user can update the software online, why not ship the reader to us first. I believe it will help your business if you can plan things clearly and concretely. As a software developer, I understand how the software development works. It is never bug-free.

We have considered that. But you can't effectively ship an ineffective product and expect the user to make it work. I wish we could do that. We are working as hard as possible right now. We know people have been waiting a while, as well as Foxit!

I just made a (pre)order and the website told that it will be shipped within 4 weeks. At a same time I have noticed here in the forums that people are receiving their units daily. So I am wondering, if you have eSlick readers currently available for shipping or it really takes till the end of May.

Those people placed their order weeks ago. Mine was on Mar.23 and I just received my eslick yesterday.

Wow am I ever aggravated about this shipping snafu. I was hoping to get mine before my birthday June 16th after ordering it in early May. But that is not happening now. Have to wait till (at least) July so says the email. Craptastic. I hope the 'pleathor' jacket i'm promised makes up for my hard earned money being gone for so long. I know I could get a refund, but that's another hassle all in itself. Crap fire and save matches I say....Grrrrrr.
