how to reorder pages

I imported a one page pdf into another pdf that had three pages. Now I need rearrange the page order. How can I move page 2 and make it page 4?

Currently the feature is unavailable, but there is a roudabout way to do it: Export Page2, delete Page2, then import Page after Page 3, Page 2 will be Page4.

Foxit PDF Page Organizer allows you to easily reorder pages. If you have a large page to reorder, you can use it.
