v. 3.0 - Printing Problem

We have utility maps, created in ArcGIS, that are saved in PDF format for viewing. When we try to print from Foxit, varying parts of the maps are printed inversley. It almost appears that Foxit is seeing the different levels of mapping data and flipping them. For instance, the map legend prints correctly, but the company logo at the top of this column is flipped upside down.

We've tried changing the print settings to no avail.

Any suggestions?
