Edited bitmaps not saved

Our xerox machines creates non protected pdf's so I can edit them without a problem.
But, such pdf contain a bitmap.

PDF editor allows to edit bitrmaps just by double click on the screen.
There I can remove unwanted details that are linked with scanning a perforated sheet.

but: PDF editor , latest version does not save the changes.

So how are bitmaps edited and saved?

Sorry, only click the Save button won't save the image into the PDF (we will rectify this in later version). When you click on the Close button to exit Image Editor screen, you will get a prompt message asking you if you want to save the modification, please select Yes to save it.
