Hi there,

I have a couple of questions:

1) I was trying to download user manual from this location:
http://www.foxitsoftware.com/ebook/overview.html then "User manual" tab, but i couldn't open it. Every time when i try to open it in Adobe Reader 7.1.0 it shows me error message "A number is out of range" and then all pages are blank. Could you please check that the file is not corrupted.

2) Does current firmware support bookmarks? This menu element is always inactive no matter what PDF i'm reading. How can i get it working?

Regards,

1) We have no problem to open the user manual both with Adobe and Foxit. Please try Foxit Reader to see if it can be opened. We will further check it.

2) You can press the Menu icon and select bookmarks option to show the bookmarks of the file.

I have the same exact problem with the user manual and Adobe Reader 8. I have a good copy that I downloaded a few days ago, so something has happened to the file in the interim.

EDIT -- The difference between the good and bad files is as follows:

On March 25, at 3:36:29 AM the good file was modified to increase its size from 2.17MB to 2.24MB. Both files show the same creation date of March 20, 11:23:41 PM.

I believe what he's saying is that it supports EXISTING bookmarks, not creating new book marks as you read.

Update*** Verified this is the case.
