Hello.

I've installed FoxIt Ifilter in Windows Server 2003 with MOSS.

I run the installation program and I get the message that everything is OK.
Even when I crawl PDF's, I can see them in the MOSS log. However, when I try to add them to a scope I realize that there are 0 items in my content source and of course if I search for a pdf I don't get any results.

If I run filtreg.exe as it's said in the FAQ, I can't find any reference to FoxIt Ifilter, so I think that installation is not correct.

If I take a look at Windows registry everything seems to be OK, with no reference to Adobe Ifilter (which I uninstalled before).

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Hello Spalacin,
Please do the following steps to trial,
First, please uninstall Foxit PDF IFilter from add/remove the program.
Second, stop IIS Admin from the Service in Administrator tools.
Third, install Foxit PDF IFIiter.
Fourth, execute the "iisreset" in command prompt.
Firth, execute "Start Full Crawl" in Manage Content Sources page in MOSS (Office SharePoint 2007). After finish Full Crawl, you can found the pdf files you want.
