I am unable to install the firefox pluging when my profile location is somewhere other than the default location. See the attached screen capture for the full error message. I am on Windows Vista SP1.

Please remove symbol ":" from the setup path as follows and try again.
C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\W
If it can not help you, please give us more details of your installation.

After a little more investigation, I found that there were actually two problems.
1. It was installing the FoxIT toolbar when it gave me the error in the screen capture. I reinstalled with the toolbar option turned off and there were no errors.
2. When trying to view a PDF in Firefox, I would get an error that "FoxitReaderOCX.ocx" had a problem. I just assumed that this was related to the install error above, but I was then still getting it even when I had a clean install. I also use SandboxIE, so I then tried running Firefox outside of a sandbox and it worked fine.
A bit of googling tuned up this: http://sandboxie.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?p=34503&sid=991a3f01ae144cb2125c730d408eacb7
I installed the latest SandBoxIE beta (http://www.sandboxie.com/phpbb/viewforum.php?f=18&sid=0a98056e5fd701d2dcb5c864ac24336f) and everything works fine now.
Bottom Line: Though there was a problem installing the toolbar, the major problem was caused by sandboxie.
