Hi folks.
I just purchased the proPak so I can can use the typewriter tool to annotate PDFs and get rid of the watermark.
Got everything just the way I want it and my annotations look just fine on screen, but they don't appear at all on a hardcopy printout.
Foxit Reader Version 3.0 build 1506
Help needed urgently please.

In the Printing dialog box, in the Print what filed at the bottom, make sure Document and Annotation is selected. If this doesn't help, please provid us a sample of your file in question for testing. Thanks.

Silly me. Didn't look far enough.
Print "Document *and* Annotations" isn't selected by default. Got it!
Thanks.

Hmmmmm....
So now that I've got the annotations printing, how do I stop someone else from NOT printing them?
I thought this might do it:
Right click on the item -> Open Properties -> check the "Locked" box
But when I e-mail the PDF to someone else they can still elect to print without annotations.
It's very important to my purpose that the PDF can only be printed with all annotations intact.

hi Comotose,
Here's an alternate way: you can use Foxit PDF Creator to print a new PDF document with the annotations you want. Then the annotations will be a part of the document. The PDF can only be printed with all annotations intact.
If you have other question, please contact us at support@foxitsoftware.com. Thank you. :)

Thanks Cherry. I knew that was an option, but I also figured there would surely be some way to lock annotations.
So what does the Properties -> "Locked" box do anyway?

'Locked' option allows you to lock the properties and location of a comments you have added.
Currently our Reader doens't have an option to specify what shall be printed or not. Can any other Reader do this for you?
