View Full Version : 【Question】 Printing a Zoomed-In Document

I am trying to capture part of an old city directory that normally prints in a very small font in Foxit. I can zoom in to make the text readable, but printing when zoomed-in still comes out in tiny print.

How do I print what I have zoomed in to 400%?

Or how can I capture part of that page and send it to, say, Word?

Thanks,
Bartolo

Please set Page Scaling to 400% in Print window when click Print from Foxit Reader.
And you could use Snapshot Tool of Foxit Reader to capture a part of PDF page or print it.

Thanks. I did as you say with the print window, up to 400%, but it prints from another and wrong portion of the page. It's the correct page but offset from where I had zoomed to. Can't seem to correct that.

As for Snapshot, when I go to More Tools and Print and click on that, nothing happens. The same with Save and OK. Nothing happens.

Hi Bartolo,
First you zoom in to make the page display larger, then please click on "Snapshot" button, drag a rectangle over the portion you want to print, right-click on the selected part to choose "Print..", you'll see the pint window poped out.

If you want to save the snapshot, please go to "Programs"->"Accessories"->"Paint", then press "Ctrl" + "V". Or paste in Word.
