Hello , I like the eslick but I run in to a couple of problems /suggestions
Problems
for me bookmarks only work when I go back to the menu. so if I switch off the eSlick while reading it doesn't remember where I was , same thing happens when the device go's in to sleep mode.
With some PDF files reflow removes al spaces. I'm not sure but it looks like it is most of the time this occurs with science related PDF's. Maybe the documents are created with ps or LaTEX and this is causing some problems.
Some times when reading with reflow when I click the down button it doesn't react. If I press it again some times it skips one reflow page, and when I hit back (up) it go's back two or three PDF pages. some times it works fine. as you can imagine this is pretty annoying as it is hard to find out where you where when it happend.
Battery seams weak , or at least doesn't work as advertised. still beats an Irex thou
when in reflow mode and there is no text but a picture, it gives me an error. than I must switch reflow off and after skipping the page in question switch reflow back on. would like to see the picture in reflow mode or at least a warning that there is a picture, but witch is skippable just like any other page.
suggestions:
reflow: if there is a table in a text don't reflow it
Better bookmark support, multiple bookmarks per book, book mark on reflow etc.
Choosing my own fonts.
Beter TXT Support
HTML Support
Thanks

eslick don't have a touch screen, so links cannot be selected directly. Maybe eslick can assign a button to begin switching focus on available links on current page? just like when you use keyboard to navigate a html page with links.

Please provide us a sample for testing.

This is probably caused by 'double pressing the Navigation Button' or accidently press the inner grey area.

I would like to see an option in the context menu called "Index" when you go there you get the index of the page en select a link with the 4 point navigator pres the midel button and you go to the selected page.

Where could I send a sample to?
Also I'm pretty sure it a software fault, since my first reaction was the same as yours "I must have done something wrong" but it happens to often and so I made sure I was pressing only ones (down button), unless absolutely nothing happens. The you are basically forst to tap again (unless you want to read the same page there rest of your life or at least the eslick battery life). Also I made sure I didn't hit the left button. I really think it is a hick up because it always happens when the first time I hit the down key the device doesn't react to it. I think the eslick go's in some kind of idle state after some time (minutes or so) since when this happens it is always after I took my time re reading a page

I know when the skipping happens, When you are on the first "reflow page" of a "PDF page" and the you press up to go the the previous "reflow page" then it go's to the first "reflow page" of the previous "PDF Page" (eg the beginning of the page) instead of the last "reflow page" (eg the end of the page) of the previous "PDF Page"
