Changing font colour from black to ____

Hi. I have a PDF file that contains Black font on white background. The font isn't directly editable because every page seems to be one image. Is there any way I can change the black font (ie everything black or everything not white) on every page to another colour? I can do it with the brush tool using some of the "Modes", but I really don't want to go through every page "brushing" everything. Thanks

Sorry, currently changes can only be applied to one current page at at a time.
