Bug: abnormal program termination

After using the program for some time (couple of weeks), this error tells me I need to reinstall the application.
All versions stop working after this error occurs. Reinstall is the only solution so far.
I have Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 installed on my system.

Error:
When starting the program the following error occurs: abnormal program termination (see attached image). After clicking OK, the error disappears and the foxit program won't show up.

Tested versions:
Foxit Reader 1.3.0.1522
Foxit Reader 1.3.0.1621
Foxit Reader Pro 1.3.0.1621

Solution:
Reinstalling Foxit Reader

1.3 1522 is kind of out-dated.
Please use our new version.
Please let me know if the same problem happens with new version.

As I already indicated, this happens with all versions, including the newest version (build 1621).

Maybe you should also try the 2.0 beta version.
