Hello, hopefully someone can advise me of how, if its possible with this pdf editing software to mark certain comments on a PDF with an arrow. This is a standard feature on Adobe, so I am hoping it is possible with Foxit PDF editor.

HI CCWCCW, thanks for your PM.

Current Foxit Editor doesn't support comments. But you can use Graphics tools to make it. Rectangle, For example, select it and set your desired Fill color, set Alpha to 50%, then copy and paste the Rectangle to anywhere you want to mark comments.

In your case, if you have an arrow image available in your machine, load it into your page, set its Alpha to 50%, then copy and paste this arrow to anywhere you want to mark comments.
