Every 60 days I get a reminder that my password is 60 days old and insists I change it. I follow the link and 'change' it to the same password (which it accepts) and I can carry on. This seems a bit pointless somehow...
Apologies for posting in the Foxit Reader forum but there is no sub forum for forum related issues.

Sorry for this inconvenience.
We set it so to protect all info of users.
And sorry that we will not change it right now.

My problem is that every time this happens, the password change doesn't take and I am denied posting access until I sign up again with a different email address.
And there is absolutely no way to communicate with the forum managers privately since they have all the contact methods blocked.
As an active registered user for years, I believe at times I've had a contribution to make to the discussion, but no way to do so.
I read the forum for info, but that's it.

Sorry that's automatically setup by default for the purpose security by this community system. We have changed the time to 180 days.
