Trouble installing the new eastern asian language update (4-17-09)

Hello all,

I went to update my foxit reader 3.0 just now, and the new eastern asian language support update, which was rolled out yesterday, failed to install via the automatic updates. I tried running Foxit as an administrator, but to no avail. I am running a 64-bit version of Windows Vista English. I don't necessarily need this update, but I felt it was important to have the most updated version of Foxit possible. Forgive me if I am re-posting, but I couldn't find any information on this problem specifically. Thank you for your help.

Me too, even i tried in both vers 2.3 and 3

Hello, please download this add-on from our website:
http://www.foxitsoftware.com/downloads/

Then please run Foxit Reader, go to help-> Install Updates-> choose the add-on you downloaded and click Open.

i was having the same problem as the other guys. i took maggie's advice, and didn't have trouble installing the update, but after it finished i checked for updates once more, and an update for the eastern languages was still available ?!

This is a bug of our update manager. We will fix it in the future version.
