Hi christina,

Foxit 3.0 seems to be unable to open this pdf file fully. I tried using both IE and Firefox 3.09 but to no avail. Adobe Acrobat 9.01 works fine.

Another problem is, Foxit 3.0 fails to work with online statement when accessing Citibank Singapore's Internet Banking using Internet Explorer 6. Internet Banking site will keep prompting user to download Adobe Acrobat and even provide Adobe's link for the user. Using Firefox 3.09 with Foxit Firefox Plugin works fine, but the enterprise that I work for, uses IE 6.0 as the default web browser. I can't show you any sample due to Citibank's internet banking is a secure website. But I believe any one accessing the Singapore internet banking website using IE 6 on XP will definitely face the same problem when trying to view their statement online. Please advise. Thanks.

Thanks adnhk.

1. For the pdf opening problem; it's an known and reported issue. Our developers have been working best to fix it.
2. For opening with adboe acrobat with IE; I beleive it's because Adobe is the only reader designated by the Bank to open pdfs in IE. But Firefox can automatically detect it's default plugin you configured to open the pdfs, inspite of the appointed reader by the website.

Thanks christina for your prompt reply. Awaiting for a version that can work with such pdf files.

As for Citibank, I have actually tried to call them but unfortunately, they are suppose to escalate this issue up to their IT teams but after 2 weeks, no one revert to me.
