Rendering error - Foxit 3.0 build 1506

I have a PDF which is not rendering correctly in Foxit 3.0 build 1506, but does in Acrobat. Different graphical errors show up at different scroll positions and zooms.

Attached is the PDF and a screenshot of how it appears in Acrobat. I'm using Acrobat 7.0 and it does complain that the PDF was compiled in a newer version than it supports; however, it still renders the graphics correctly.
