Lock or Unlock PDF files?

Can Foxit PDF editor v 2.1 lock/unlock PDF files?

Did a search, checked FAQ, and Manual but did not find mention of this feature.

Am guessing that may not be able to change the status of the original PDF.

I suppose you are talking about add/remove password for files.

Editor can't do it. But if you have owner password, you can use Foxit Phantom to make it. To get Foxit Phantom beta version, please write to sales@foxitsoftware.com for requesting this. Thanks.
