Unable to embed font

I am trying to convert from a Word doc and embed our signature font (a TrueType font).

I get this message:

"DomEF-CasualRegular font can't be embedded. The results depend on the availability of fonts in the environment."

The font is installed on my PC, and the point of embedding fonts is so that anyone can view them with the original font, right? Am I missing something?


Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Could you please supply us the following info?

1. The signature font.
2. Your operation system info.
3. Foxit Creator version number.
