Syntax highlighter for Java or C code in PDFs

I have a PDF document containing some usefull java and C code with explanation.
Would it be possible to turn on Syntax Highlighter for the Java or C code in the document?

ps. if such a thing is not possible, could you then direct me to a program that has such a feature?
