copy command greyed out in Text Viewer Mode

I have two installations of Foxit Reader. One of my installations cannot copy text out of the text viewer. The COPY button is greyed out. If I open the same exact file on my other installation I can copy just fine.

Do you have any ideas on potential settings issues?

Only Pro users or Users who Installing Foxit Toolbar or eBay icon, are able to use the Copy feature in Text Viewer.

thanks. I thought it might be the toolbar but I wanted to be sure before I installed it.
