I am sorry but I really need help.

For some restricted PDF files I cannot edit it with Foxit PDF editor. I have one of this kind of PDF file which I want to edit. I think if I can edit it in Office Word it will be great, then I can convert the Word file to PDF again. I know how to convert Word file to PDF file but I don't know how can I convert the restricted PDF to Word, please help!

What you mean is looking for a tool that supports convert restricted PDF files, right? Since I uses Foxit PDF Editor to edit my pdf files, but I am not sure whether it can do that. And I usually use Adreamsoft PDF to Word (http://www.allpdftools.com/pdf-to-word-converter.html#168) Converter in that it supports convert restricted PDF files and performs well. You can have a try and sincerely hope it can do you some favor.

Do you have the passwords for the restricted files? If not, probably none of the converters will work. I've tried Zamzar (free Web site) and Able2Extract. On unrestricted PDFs, both give files that open in Word - but you may find it much harder to edit things than you expect. According to Adobe PDF is a display format, not meant to be edited... We're lucky to be able to edit them at all :(
If you don't have the password, maybe you could print them out, scan the prints, then add new graphic or text objects using Foxit PDF Editor? I did one very simple job like that.

I can open the PDF file but I cannot copy any text from my PDF file so I think it is password protected.

Funny, the tool you recommended can convert my PDF to Word so I can edit the content. but there are many carriage returns in my word files. While if I delete it, the layout format lost.

Any ideas?
