Converting pdf Files to MS Word Docs

Is Foxit PDF Editor capable of converting pdf files to MS Word docs? If not, which Foxit product helps me do that?

In the event that I can't use Foxit to convert to an MS Word Doc, can't I edit pdf's with the program as if the pdf were a MS Word doc?

Foxit Editor mainly works for modifying content pages of PDFs.
Foxit Creator works for the purpose of creating any Windows printable documes into PDF.
