Thanks for all the gallant effort but I cannot print using Foxit and an HP700 printer. It is a good product otherwise and I will continue trying new versions that comes along to see if the HP will ever work with this Product,
cheers,
Razz.

A bit of status update for printing issues: the main reason why we can't respond quickly to printing issues, is because we can't duplicate the problem here with our testing printers. We are actually purchasing a number of printers, including similar HP printers (but most of the models reported by our users are out of market now). Hopefully we can find some way to duplicate the problem here, then we can start debugging.

Thanks for the update. I am sure many others(also) appreciate the effort by you and the others at Foxit.:1_01:

Andreasm82: good idea. We will start looking.
razzputin: Thanks for offering. We will do our internal testing first, and once we make some progress, we will post an annoucement in the forum, and ask everyone to give the new version a try. (Or ask for more information :)

Hi,
Thanks for your support!
I think I have your printer information.
We need a print-out. I wonder if you can scan me or give me a more detailed description on it.
To be clear, as you state in last thread you posted, "I can print with Foxit on a certain pages and there is one (page) pdf file I can not print"
Can you give us a detailed information on what "can not print" phenomenon is, print-out messes up or printer does not reponse or anything else.

On the links I sent I get a highlighted headline and the rest is blank. I can get the next page. On a different link I can print some complete pages. What do you want me to scan? the blank page??
