Hi,

I have a non-protected PDF which I would like to print. When I go to print the document, everything comes up fine, I select the printer and click OK. It acts as if it has sent the job to the printer, but it never arrives.

No job is registered on the printer and nothing prints.

I have tried restarting the Print Spooler.

The evaluation version of Editor used to print without any problems....but after entering the key, it doesn't print anymore.

The printer is a network printer, and I'm using Win XP Pro.

Help?

Would you please help to print from Foxit Reader 3.1 for a test. Foxit Reader and Editor shares the same printing engine. Reader now usest the lastest engine which will be applied in next version of Editor.

Thanks a lot in advance.

G'day, just found your Foxit PDF Editor and thought i've give it a test run. And found to
have the same problem as this forum member. Goes thru the motions of printing and a blank page comes out - print info follows.
I'm having a second issue (just beginning so maybe I haven't searched hard enough yet),
but I'm only able to edit one line. The line stays hi-lighted with a blinking cursor and I can't get past it. Hints? Where do I look next?
thanx

Hi pco_it, If so, that should be a fixed issue. To check it, you can send us the folllowing info:

1. Your printer info by getting it via this tool:www.foxitsoftware.com/tools/Getprinterinfo.exe
2. A file sample the prolem sticks with.

Hello johnwms,

For the print issue, please send us a file sample. Thanks.
For the second issue. You were in the text editting mode where you can input text. To exit, click on the exit button on the toolbar.

So are you saying it is fixed in Editor 2.1? Or the next release after 2.1?

Foxit Editor and Foxit Reader share the same printing engine. If you can print it via Foxit Reader, it shall be a fixed issue and will be updated in next release of Foxit Editor. Thanks
