Opening links

Phantom is a great product! Can you open a link from a saved pdf file.Example;if I download and save the phantom manual,then click a link in the manual,all I get is a gray box around the link.BUT if I open the manual from the help menu,any link I click, will bring me to where it's supposed to.This happens to all SAVED pdf documents. It works fine on my machine.
Please note, if you open a link which will access the website, the gray box you mentioned will appear. If you open a link which direct to inside to docucment, it will locate directly.
