I am a new Phantom user as of today and have a large number of identical PDF Docs. for which I must complete the signature blocks. Please advise regarding the most efficient process to apply: name, address, company, date and Signature. My hope was to complete one then copy and paste the entire block on each of the additional pdf's.
Problems I am having:
1) How to format my signature? I have tried the stamp and insert an image options. Did not think a digital signature was necessary but may be the easiest option.
2) Where is the Clip Board? When I try to test my theory about coping the entire signature block, a pop-up window states that the an item has been posted to the clip-board but I don't know how to get there.

PS- Regarding Foxit Editor- I was able to copy and paste the info direct from a word Doc. then manipulate it around on the page very easily. I gathered that I would be able to do the same just as easily with Phantom so I purchased it instead:1_32:

Thank you in advance for any help you may offer!!

Sorry, I don't quite understand what you are talking about. I hope I answer you.

1) To format signature, please use Place Signature under Secure menu to do it.
2) If the content has been copied into ClipBoard, paste it into anywhere on the page you want.

Christina thank you for the effort. Since my last post I was able to properly re-size and import an image of my signature. (Digital signature.....another thread to come)
Regarding copy and paste, apparently there are some very simple concepts that I do not yet understand. I am used to "right click" copy and paste options. So far I have tried the camera icon to select a portion screen area to copy. When I do this it sends it immediately to the clip board. I do not understand how to paste it to another document (no paste option when I right click).

Thank you in advance for your patience.
