Submit form to a HTTP address

Hello, I can't find what kind of data I get on the server side from Phantom if I set SUBMIT BUTTON to send a form by SUBMITION METHOD -> HTTP ADDRESS.
I try to read POST or GET variables, but there are no data.
And, if You know, how I can read the data in php and save it into database.

Sorry for question. I find it (I hope).
It is a FDF file, but why it is not writen in manual, I really don't uderstand :-((

Two questions here:

1. Does the website is external? Could we possibly access your website for a testing?

2. Does your server can successfully communicate with you or your users? Such as return data to you?
