Hi,

When you create a support ticket, it says that you get a confirmation e-mail.
I created a ticket yesterday, still haven't got one.
Ticket number was 95 I think (that's why I want the confirmation, so I know the ticket number).

Try it again. If it still doesn't work, just say it here and foxit-team will look after it.

I read it wrong, it says:
3. Notification
You will receive email notification when we need you to provide us with more information or when the problem is solved.

So I only get an email when they need more information, or when the problem is solved.

Let's hope that I get the email with the second option soon!

Hi,
Actually,when I reply you in ticket system, it sends you a notification that there is a reply and give you a link to your ticket.
I have relied your ticket,please check it.

I checked the ticket system (luckily I remembered the ticketnumber correctly.)
My email adres in the ticket is correct. Still nothing.

Weird! I have asked our webmaster to test ticket system.
It works fine.

I presume that the mail should be coming from the foxitsoftware.com domain?
Checked my logs, last email I got from that domain is in June.
