where is the eraser tool?

I just bought a copy of Phantom. I need to work on a document, and the help page says to erase using a "pencil eraser tool", which seems to be missing. How do I find it?

Hi Jim,

The "pencil eraser tool" in Phantom is called "Rubber Tool", you can find it by going to "Comments"->"Drawing Markup Tools"->"Rubber Tool".
