percentage counter is not working

Please fix the translation page on your website for Foxit PDF Reader 3.1 Build 3.1.1.0925 - Arabic section ...

The problem is that the percentage counter is not working and is always shows 67.8 count in spite of translation progress ...

Please do something ...

What I think they are trying to say is that they (as I am) already are volunteer UI translator, but our translation progress, at least, the percentage is not increasing.
