I have the trial version of Phantom. I want to prevent copying and extraction of a pdf document that I created by scanning, with no OCR conversion.

I opened the document in Phantom and went from Secure/Manage Security Policies/Edit Details - click Add Documents Restriction/Permission - uncheck Extract the Contents of the Document/OK/Password Encrypt

Under Document Restriction Settings, it says: Copy: Not Allowed. However, the OK is grayed out and the only option is Cancel, which puts me back to square one.

What am I missing?

The pdf in question is a 100 page book I have already taken orders for. Before emailing the document to the buyers, I must eliminate their ability to copy it. Due to the nature of the book, it would soon be on the internet. Time is getting critical. If I'm unable to do this in the trial version of Phantom, can you suggest any other ways I can do it? Some little free or trial program? I have ABBYY, Scansoft PDF Create, Omnipage, and many other programs.

Thank you

If you don't set up password for thos permission settings, the Ok button won't be enabled.
