Foxit Corporation, a leading provider of solutions for reading, creating, organizing and securing PDF documents, today announced the release of Foxit OnDemand CM V2.0, an online document & content management service with enhanced reliability and security. This new version introduces a variety of new features along with a refined user friendly user interface.
What’s new in Version V2.0
1. Personalized OnDemandCM account for team and company users. It allows adding your company logo and announcements by account administrator.
2. Vacation Routing, to allow other members dealing with account owners’ daily work, while account owners are on vacation.
3. Documents transportation between between OnDemandCM and CollabRoom are available. OnDemandCM users can send documents in Shared Drive in OnDemandCM to Documents in CollabRoom.
4. All popular document types are supported for download and upload in Collabroom.
5. Drag-and-Drop function supported. Files can be moved among locations with simple drag and drop.
6. All document types supported for sending via mail system.
7. Receiving fax using integrated E-Fax service..
8. Address book auto-complete.
