Touchup tool cannot insert punctuation

Foxit Phantom apparently cannot handle certain characters with the touchup objects tool. I have a PDF file created by Foxit where one of the words (nominees) should have been made possessive (nominee's) so I used the touchup objects tool to try to insert an apostrophe (') and Foxit would not do that. It also would not insert other non-alphabetic characters, although I have not checked every single one.:1_32:

Sorry, but on my end, I can insert the punctuation. Would please supply us a file sample and indicating where you could not insert the them?
