Does anyone have any advice how to correct the problem with certain attachments? I get pdf files or other files opened in Photo Studio 2000, and for some reason the printer starts printing the file, and then it stops and I get a message saying "document failed to print." This happens with certain documents and not others in attachment. Does it have anything to do with DSL? I cut and paste the document into Word and it prints. I already reinstalled the printer software and downloaded Foxit, but it still happens.
