When I downloaded the Pro version (after paying) the size of the installer was 3.5 Mb. Now when I downloaded the final version, as instructed in an e-mail, it was 1.6 Mb. Where did the 1.9Mb go? Do I still have the Pro version?

I think, the old version included some .dll files which aren't included in the new version. But you can download them over the new update-system (menu Help -> Check for updates now)
