Romanian translation

At the next week i'll try to post romanian translation and probably ukrainian;)

Hi!

First for romanians:
Aici gasiti fisierul XML in limba romana, care se salveaza in acelasi director cu Foxit Reader, apoi se selecteaza din meniu (Language - Romanian).

Here is Romanian translation of Foxit Reader 2.0 language.
It's work fine.

Also, I want to ask witch is the last version of XML file because in advanced and tools menu item most commands are still in english (Commenting tools, Drawing Markup Tools, Comments utilities, Form utilities - with their sub menus) even than are translated in XML file.
Maybe, my work is based on old version of XML file.

I suggest to make a comment with version (Sample: Version 2.0 build 1414) because I look in English and French language file and are not the same.
I don't know witch is the last and a good one.

Anyway, It's a good job: stand alone PDF reader, quick and now Form utilities.
