FoxIt Creator will not install

Hi,

I am trying to install the FoxIt creator and it continuously comes up with the error message "Add port failed!"

Any advice on how to correct this?

Nevermind! I fixed it. Used the steps detailed in this link:

Appears Lexmark was to blame.
